I can help. I’m Courtney Palmer, LMHCA. I guide adults through a somatic, body-based therapy approach called Somatic Experiencing®. In our work together, we listen to your body’s wisdom, softly and slowly, so healing can emerge from within.

Collaborative
I approach each session with presence and curiosity and seek to hold space to allow for the innate knowing of your parts that are ready to be healed. I honor your unique wisdom and together we will discover a path towards healing.
Somatic
I believe in the innate wisdom of the body to heal itself. Somatic therapy is based on the understanding that our bodies store emotional experiences, and by tuning into bodily sensations, we can unlock powerful insights and healing.
Existential
We all do this being a human thing a little differently. Together, we will explore what your experiences of grief, loneliness, isolation, and anxiety may be telling you about your life and where it may possible to change these conditions.
